Recipe Wins!

Sharing some recipes that we have been enjoying lately and have been on repeat in our house!

First up is P.F. Chang’s Inspired Chicken Lettuce Wraps from The House of Sequins. You can find the recipe here on her website. She’s also a funny and cute human with GREAT style:). This recipe has a great flavor and zip to it that is delightful for the taste buds. You can place the chicken in lettuce wraps as pictured above or grab your favorite tortilla and layer with greens and chicken.

Next up is Instant Pot Egg Roll meatballs. They are sooooo good and easy and taste JUST LIKE egg rolls. I’ve made them with rice or cauliflower rice and they are delish! The sauce that this dish creates adds great flavor to rice (white or cauliflower) that you add to these meatballs. You can find the recipe here.

Last, but not least is this marinade. It is amazing!!! I will soak boneless chicken thighs in this marinade for a minimum of 6 hours and cook on the grill and they are delish. The flavor is so good! Add some veges or fresh fruit and you’ve got a full meal. You can find in your local grocery store (for me it was our Local Coop) and online on Amazon and Thrive Market. AND, this marinade/sauce is Whole 30 approved. Make extra and throw in a salad for lunch the next day.

All these recipes are freezer friendly too!!
