Tammy's Go-To Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 3 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberrys
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth - I use my tamper to help blend.  You can add a little more milk if too thick.

  2. Transfer to bowl and top with fruit, granola, hemp seed, or bee pollen.  Feel free to swap out with your favorite fruits.  Get creative!

  3. Enjoy!

 ***You can use Vital Proteins gelatin too - I will use a scoop of gelatin with a scoop of Vital Proteins collagen peptides and it makes your smoothie extra creamy.
